The view of the Cellar master

« Our family's strength lies in the diversity of its members, just like Champagne with its different terroirs/crus that we blend to make a prestigious wine, a wine for enjoying and sharing. Despite the complex nature of its micro-crus, the Champagne terroir is nevertheless a fairly simple trilogy: climate, sub-soils and hills.
The senses are awakened day after day over the 4 seasons, and only the memory, talent and know-how of people allow us to create an identity, a style. »

The vine

The vineyard owned by family, composed by 64 villages, is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (level 3) for a constant commitment to the sustainability.
100 hectares are dedicated to Victoire Champagnes mainly from the Petite Montagne de Reims and the Sézannais : Grauves, Cramant, Chouilly, Mancy, Ogers, Broyes, Sezanne.
Besides, 200 Hectares are supplied with long-term family growers partners.

The style

Fresh, mineral with good acidity, the Victoire style gives the cuvées: delicacy, elegance and expression.
The vinification for each cru and terroir is made in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
For the family, it is a true work of precision and «savoir-faire». The art of the majority blend of Chardonnay is meticulously selected from 30 selected crus. Our cuvées are geing, for more 24 months, in our cellars to reach the perfect aromatic maturity with an addition of 20% reserve wines to guarantee a perpetual style.
